At Stay Home Club, we want you to be completely comfortable in your space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused home goods in their original packaging. Whether the style wasn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we are here to make the process as seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and attach it to your original shipping box.
Drop Off Package
Securely pack your items and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
